📦 Shipping Policy
🌿 General Shipping Information
All orders are lovingly packed and sent from our cozy Yorkshire studio using Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
We currently ship within the UK only. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, though please allow extra time during busy periods (such as holidays or postal strikes).
🕰️ Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items (such as mini kits, magnets, prints, or digital downloads) are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Made-to-order items may take a little longer; details will be shown on the product page.
If your order includes both ready-made and pre-order items, your parcel will be shipped once everything is ready to go.
💌 Subscription Boxes
Our subscription boxes are released every other month, with themes for February, April, June, August, October, and December.

The order cut-off date for each box is the 20th of the month prior to the boxx theme.

Boxes are shipped on or after the 21st of that month using Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.
For example:

Orders placed by 20th January will receive the February box (dispatched from 21st January).

Orders placed after 20th January will begin with the April box (dispatched from 21st March).
Your payment confirms your place in the next available box cycle. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your box’s journey home.
📫 Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at beccy@holisticathome.co.uk with your order number so we can help track it down.
We can’t be held responsible for delays once parcels are in Royal Mail’s care, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
🎁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and time-sensitive nature of our boxes, subscription orders and perishable items (such as kits containing botanicals) are non-refundable once shipped.
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we’ll happily sort it out.
